Project S14 LLC, a private entity in Seattle, purchased Kent’s Brentwood Apartments at 4811 South 252nd Place.

The previous owner was Brentwood Villa LLC.

Project S14 LLC paid $2.9 million for the complex and the deal closed on April 29.

The Brentwood Apartments was originally built in 1966. The property consists of five one-, 27 two- and two three-bedroom units with an average of 780 square feet per unit. The buyer intends on renovating the property.

Summerfield Commercial Real Estate Services LLC represented the buyer and seller in the transaction. The agents involved were Greg Wendelken, Ryan Kidwell and Robert Parmar.
