The Kent International Festival – a celebration of the cultural diversity represented in the community and South King County – returned to the ShoWare Center on Saturday.

The festival showcased the region’s ethnic dance, musical performances, spectacular native attire, cultural booths and authentic cuisine.

The World Wide Walk kicked off the eighth annual festival. Daylong entertainment filled three stages, in addition to a World Dance Party and Festival Finale concert. There were cultural, food and activity booths and art exhibitions.
