Kentridge captures fourth straight 4A state dance title

The Kentridge High School Chatelaines Dance Team captured its fourth straight 4A WIAA State Dance and Drill Championship in the Yakima Valley SunDome last Friday.

The team won the dance and kick categories and finished second in the show category.

Kentwood wound up third in dance and took second in hip hop.

The Chatelaines, 40 members strong, are coached by Staci Mattson and her assistants Tami Printz, Joelle Atkins, Kayla Atkins, and Madi Gingrich.
