Westbound S. 272nd Street in Kent to close for a few days

Westbound South 272nd Street on the West Hill in Kent will close between Pacific Highway South and South Star Lake Road for about four days, Jan. 23-26, to install light poles.

Weekday closures are from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., according to Sound Transit, whose contractors are performing the work. Weekend closures are from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Dates and duration are subject to change.

All driveways will be accessible for residents.
