James Kwak is co-owner of Kent Station’s newest restaurant, Kaiten Sushi.
The restaurant opened its doors to the public Friday, and its hours are 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Thursday and Sunday, and 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdayas. For more information, call 253-277-1566.
