New city of Kent mobile app helps residents request services, report a problem

The city of Kent on Monday rolled out a new mobile app called KentWorks to help residents access information and improve their neighborhoods and community by reporting non-emergency issues.

“Having a citywide mobile application has been something that I know many of you have asked for, and it’s been a priority that our team has been working on for several months now,” Mayor Dana Ralph said in her weekly emailed newsletter.

“With many of our public-facing buildings and offices closed due to COVID-19, this app will help us address your needs and concerns more easily than ever,” Ralph said.

KentWorks lets you request a service, report a problem and find information about the city of Kent all from your mobile device in just a few taps. KentWorks is free to download for all iOS and Android devices.
