A special golf clinic just for women starts Aug. 26 at the Riverbend Golf Complex in Kent.

Golf professionals Eric Hinrichs and Josh Immordino will be hosting an instructional clinic at Riverbend Golf Course (2019 W Meeker St.) in Kent from 6-7:30 p.m. on Aug. 27.

The clinic is open to women over 21 years of age who are looking to improve their games in a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. Each session will include 45 minutes of professional instruction at the driving range followed by 45 minutes of short game instruction. After the lessons, join the group for drinks on the outdoor patio at the Firecreek Grill. Each session costs $30. No equipment is necessary. A minimum of 10 students will be allowed in the clinic, and there will be a 16-student maximum. For more information or to register, call 253-859-4000.
