“There is no doubt our future is in bright, capable hands,” said Principal Mike Albrecht, in his address to the Class of 2010. “You are truly a class that got ‘er done.”

Albrecht noted the KR class had more than 80 percent of its students planning to continue their education, whether through college, trade schools or the military.

There were eight valedictorians this year, each with perfect 4.0 grade point averages: Donald Hall, Veronica Layacan, John MacKinnon, Reesa Reonal, Ryan Smith, Sunita Venkatesh and Alec Wollen.

In addition, Smith, Albrecht said, earned a perfect score on his SAT exam, in addition to being a National Merit Scholar.
