Fincher to kick off campaign for Kent City Council

Brenda Fincher will throw a campaign kickoff for her Kent City Council race from 6 to 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 8 at Kona Kai Coffee, 124 Fourth Ave. S., across from City Hall.

Fincher is running against Toni Troutner on the Nov. 3 ballot. The council appointed Fincher to the council in February 2014 to replace Ken Sharp after he resigned.
