Flooding in Kent on 148th Avenue SE

Just when it looked like all Kent streets were clear of water, the city sent out a notice at noon Tuesday that 148th Avenue Southeast has water over the roadway.
The water causes a street closure along 148th Avenue Southeast between Southeast 240th Street and Southeast 256th Street.
