ShoWare Shootout 3 on 3 basketball tournament returns to Kent

Registration has started for Aug. 22 event

The ShoWare Shootout 3 on 3 basketball tournament will return to the accesso ShoWare Center in Kent for one day on Sunday, Aug. 22.

The 11th annual tournament that takes over the ShoWare Center parking lot with portable courts, features divisions for all ages and skill levels. The divisions include men, women, seniors, kids and wheelchair.

A $60 team entry fee includes a guarantee of three games and T-shirts for each player. Register online at showareshootout.com. The registration deadline is Aug. 17.

The event was canceled last year due to COVID-19.
