Kent Summer Art Exhibit open at Centennial Center

Paintings, photographs, prints and collages are part of the Kent Summer Art Exhibit June 4 through Aug. 27 at the Centennial Center Gallery, 400 W. Gowe St.

Jurors Jeremy Mangan and Rickie Wolfe have chosen 84 works of art from 33 Puget Sound regional artists.

A free gala reception to honor the artists will run from 5-8 p.m. July 7 at the Centennial Center Gallery. The gala is sponsored by Kent Arts Commissioner Sherri Ourada.

The gallery is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
