Local author hosts book signing, poetry reading at Kona Kai

Kendra Smith, of Kent, hosts a book signing for her first published book, “Pocket Thoughts” at 7 p.m. Friday, July 21, at Kona Kai Coffee, 124 Fourth Ave S. #180, in Kent.
During the event, Smith will read from her book, which is a collection of poetry and ideas.
